<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE '
<br />OF GEORGE W.TRAVIS, FINAL DECREE.
<br />DECEASED.
<br />NOW, on this 15th day of May, 1929, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Morgan B.Travis,Administrator of the Estate of George W.Travis, Deceased, and it appearing
<br />to the Court from the proof on file that notice has been given to-all parties interested, as
<br />by law required, of the filing of said report, and it further appearing to the Court after a
<br />full examination that the account exhibited by said Administrator is correct in all things
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed as and for said Administrator's final report, and it
<br />further appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of said estate which came
<br />into his hands,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that the report of Morgan B.
<br />Travis, Administrator-of the Estate of George W.Travts,deceased, be and the same is approved

<br />and allowed as and for his final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the
<br />manner provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of
<br />said deceased; that the time allowed for filing cliiims has fully expired; that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses'
<br />of said deceased, and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid, and that
<br />all outstanding claims against said estate not filed, if any m ch there be, are forever barred•
<br />and excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said George W.Travio,
<br />Deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that said Estate is not subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax
<br />under the Laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to the payment of a Federal Estate Tax under the
<br />Laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that said George W.Travis departed this life sometime during the mont
<br />of March, 1927, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />he died intestate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George W.Travis, deceased, was never married; that he
<br />left no children or descendants, and left no surviving mother or father, and that his heirs-
<br />; at -law, and only heirs -at -law, are the following named brothers and sisters* -
<br />Morgan B.Travis', a brother, of Alda,Nebraska,
<br />Emma E.Wingert, a sister of Cairo, Nebraska,
<br />Dorous V.Travis, a brother, of Grand Island,Nebraska
<br />Deborah A.Mickle, a sister, of Murray, Iowa, and
<br />Margaret M. Travis, a sister, of Mountain View,Yissouri.
