<br />DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of-the estate )
<br />of - DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
<br />Rhoda Ann Caldweli,Deceased.
<br />Now, on this 5th day of May, 1931, this cause.came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />C.N.Carlson, Executor of the last will and testament of Rhoda Ann Caldwell, deceased, and his
<br />petition for distribution of the assets remaining in his hands, and upon the evidenbe intro --
<br />duced, and upon consideration whereof the Court.finds that due and legal notice of the filing
<br />of said report and petition.:for distribution has been given by publication as required by law
<br />and the order of this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the said final report is true and correct in all respects, and
<br />that the said Executor has therein accounted for all the assets of said estate, and that the
<br />said account should be allowed and approved as and for the valid final account of said Execu-
<br />tor, and that all his acts and doings herein should be approved and confirmed.
<br />The Court further finds that creditors of the said estate were duly allowed three months from
<br />December 302 1930s within which to file their claims against the said estate, that due notice.
<br />thereof had been given as required by law and the order of the Court; that the time so fined
<br />for filing claims has expired, and that any and all claims against the said estate, not so
<br />filed, should be and they are hereby forever barred and excluded; that all claims filed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid, that all allowances,taxes,expenses of administration, and
<br />other charges against the said estate, have been paid in full, and that of the personal propert! y
<br />belonging to said estate there remains for distribution the sum of $3549.10 in cash and two
<br />Government Liberty Bonds, 4th issue, of the par value of $100.00 each.
<br />The Court further finds that of the real estate belonging to said estate there remains undis-
<br />posed of all of the west half of the northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 9, North, Range,,
<br />9 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and an undivided one -half interest in Lot 51
<br />Block 9, of the Original Town, of Doniphan, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said-Rhoda Ann Caldwell left a valid last will and testament„
<br />which has been duly admitted to _probate herein as follows:
<br />"IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, Is Rhoda Ann Caldwell, of Doniphan in the County of Hall, State of
<br />'Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and
<br />transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND
<br />TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all -my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I.give, devise and bequeath my
<br />daughter Amanda Jane Harris all of my personal property that I may own or to which I may be t ...
<br />entitled at the time of my death also my interest in Lot Five (5) in Block Nine (9) Original
<br />Village of Doniphan Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />THIRD, I, give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Amanda Jane Harris the West Half of the
<br />North West Quarter of Section Thirteen (13),Township Nine,North Range Nine,West of the 6th
<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, during her life and then to her son Donald Clifford Harris. 1'
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint C.M.Oarlson of Doniphan,Nebr. to be Executor of this
<br />I
<br />my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
