<br />and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Test

<br />First: It is my will and I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth C.Hoefer all
<br />of the property of whatsoever kind, I may die seized real, personal and mixed, absolutely.
<br />Second: I hereby appoint my said wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
