<br />time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court,
<br />and no objections being on file, the Court examined said report, together with the vouchers
<br />r on file, and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that said report is true and correct and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final:,
<br />report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Lohmann departed this life on the 7th day of July,
<br />1930, and on said date was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 21st day of July, 1930, Henry L.Lohmann filed his duly
<br />verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the
<br />last will and testament of Frederick Lohmann, deceased, that the Court fixed August 1911930, a16
<br />the date for making proof on said last will and testament, and due notice of the filing of said
<br />petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Court in the mangy
<br />ner provided:by law, and on said date, August 19,1930, said instrument was duly proven, allowed;
<br />and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of said Frederick:
<br />Lohmann deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Henry L.Lohmann, Execu-
<br />tor as named in said last will and testament, and he thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate, that all claims filed
<br />have been paid, and satisfied by said Executor, that the time fixed for filing claims has ful
<br />ly expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred and - precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Lohmann was also known as Fred Lohmann, and that
<br />said Frederick Lohmann and Fred Lohmann was one and the same person, notwithstanding the dis-
<br />crepancy in names.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Lohmann died seized as the owner in fee simple of
<br />the following described real estate,to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Twenty -six (126) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City.,
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that said real estate passed and descended under and by virtue of the last will and testament '
<br />of said deceased as follows:
<br />The southerly eighty -three feet of Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Twenty -six (126) in
<br />Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska, to Marie Locke,,

<br />The northerly forty -nine feet of said Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Twenty -six (126) in
<br />Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County,Nebraska, to Henry L.
<br />Lohmann,

<br />in fee simple.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executor has paid the inheritance tax as fixed by the appraiji
<br />to the County Treasurer of Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the legatees provided for in said will have been paid, that the
<br />personal property has been delivered in the manner and form provided by said last will and
<br />testament, and all of the rest, residue,and remainder of said estate has been delivered to
<br />Marie Locke, as by said last will and testament provided.
<br />The Court further finds that nothing further belonging to said estate remains in the hands of
<br />said Executor.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that all claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not
<br />filed herein, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Henry L.
