<br />All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal, or mixed, and wheresoever
<br />;situated, and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired, I give, devise, and bequeath unto
<br />!my said daughter, Marie Locke, and Iiprovide that in case of the death of either of my said
<br />(children herein named prior to my death, leaving issue him or her surviving, then the share of

<br />;such deceased child of mine shall not lapse, but shall be paid and pass to his or her issue by
<br />right of representation.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.

<br />I nominate and appoint my said son, Henry L.Lohmann, as executor of this will.
