<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MILES C. RAINFORTH.
<br />I, Miles C.Kainforth, of South Platte Township, County of Hall and state of Nebraska, do hereby
<br />make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, that is to say: '
<br />First. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Estella M.Rainforth, all of my property, of
<br />every name and nature, both real and personal, and including the west half of the north west
<br />quarter of section number twenty nine, end the south east quarter of section number thirty
<br />(except the one acre in the south east corner thereof owned by the school district), all in
<br />town number nine, range number ten, in said Hall county.
<br />Second. I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife, Estella M.Rainforth,executrix of this
<br />my last will and testament, and request that no other bond be required of her as such executri.
