<br />The court further finds that, said real estate passed and descended under and by virtue of sal

<br />Last Will and Testament of said Lucy Garrison, deceased, in fee simple title to Charles K.
<br />Garrison, Alice A. Hall, T. Howard Garrison, .Mary E. Plummer and Annie Faye MaAhrsn as tenants
<br />j in common, share and share alike.

<br />The court further finds that said estate was not subject either to federal or state inheritangie
<br />taxes; that all debts and claims against said estate and the costs of this proceeding have
<br />been paid in full and that the legacies named in said Last Will and Testament have been paid
<br />in full; that the executor has distributed the remaining personal property to the persons
<br />named in the residuary clause in said Last Will and Testament and has filed their receipts
<br />I
<br />therefor and that there remains now no property to be administered upon and that said estate
<br />should be closed, the executor discharged and his bondsmen released.

<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the final report of Charles
<br />K. Garrison, executor under the Last Will and Testament of Lucy Garrison, deceased, be and the

<br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report and said estate is hereby

<br />forever settled and closed and said executor is discharged and his bond is hereby released.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that under and by virtue of said
<br />Last Will and Testament of said Lucy Garrison, deceased, the absolute title to the following
<br />desoribed property, towit: The South Half (SJ) of Lots Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9) in
<br />Block Twelve (12) Brett & Johnson's Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebra ka,
<br />passed and descended to the followhng named persons in the following manner, towit: Charles
<br />K. Garrison, Alice A. Hall, T. Howard Garrison, Mary E. Plummer and Annie Faye XcAhren in fee si le
<br />as tenants in common, share and share alike.
