<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LUCY GARRISON.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I, Lucy Garrison, of Wood River, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last DILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funer.
<br />al expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the palment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />Charles K. Garrison and T. Howard garrison the sum of $150.00 each in repayment for money advanc
<br />ed for my late husband's sicgness and funeral expenses.
<br />THIRD, I bequeath the remainder of my estate, if any, to my children, Charles K. Garrison,
<br />Alice A. Hall, T. Howard Garrison, Mary E. Plummer and Annie Fay McAhren, to be divided equally.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Charles K. Garrison of Weod River, Nebraska to be Execul
<br />of this my last Wiil and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
