<br />forth, to -wit: To Gertrude BHall,his widow, a one -third interest in fee, to Bessie M..Hall,
<br />Harry C.Hall,Charles E.Hall,Gertrude B.Hall, and Roberta D.Hall,children of said deceased, each
<br />an undivided two - fifteenths interest in fee, and the same is hereby so awarded to them as pro -

<br />the legacies made a a charge upon the lands devised to Emil Hann by the will of the deceased,
<br />have been paid, upon the filing of proper receipts and releases from the legatees.
<br />Now, this cause coming on for hearing this 7th day of Apri1,19311 and the said Emil Hann, having
<br />produced receipts in full of the legacies bequeathed by the will of John C.Hann, deceased, of
<br />Cicilia Boltz,Dora Gulzow,F xida Faldorf, children and legatees of the deceased and of the fol-
<br />lowing adult children of Christ Hann,deceased,namely; Henry Hann, Elsie Smith,Minnie Hann Lee,'
