<br />and that by the terms and provisions of the said last Will and Testament said property descended
<br />to Emma Elliehausen,w.idow.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Elliehausen, deceased, left surviving him the
<br />,following heirs,to- wit: Emma Elliehausen, his widow, Eda Jones,stepdaughter,and Louise Peters,
<br />niece, and that the abovementioned heirs are the only heirs at law of the said deceased.
<br />The court further finds that all claims filed against said estate have been paid; the funeral
<br />expenses of the said William Elliehausen,deceased, the costs of this proceeding and all other
<br />costs and expenses have been paid; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska,;
<br />;from the said Emma Elliehausen or any of the legatees or devisees and that nothing remains in
<br />the hands of the executrix,that the estate should be closed, the executrix discharged and her
<br />bond released.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that the final.r eport of the said'
<br />Emma Elliehausen as executirix of the last will and testament be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as her final report; that the estate is hereby settled and closed and the executrik
<br />i
<br />is discharged and her bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate
<br />have been paid including the special legacies provided in said last Will and Testament, and
<br />that all of the property remaining after the payment of the claims,expenses of administering
<br />said estate,special legacies and all other claims allowed and proven,descended to Emma Ellie -
<br />hausen, and that the said real estate,to -wit;
