<br />!The Court further finds that said Helen Blair Booth died intestate, a resident of Hall County,
<br />A Nebraska, and left as her only legal heirs, her husband, Richard P.Booth,and her son by a form
<br />ii
<br />marriage, Floyd Freeman Booth, the father of the said Floyd Freeman Booth is now deceased.
<br />IThe Court further finds that the said Richard P.Booth, husband of said deceased, has waived al
<br />lexemptions to which he is entitled by virtue of the Laws of the State of Nebraska, and likewis
<br />the said Floyd Freeman Booth, son of said deceased by a former marriage,has waived his legal
<br />frights to inherit three - fourths of his mother's personal property by virtue of the laws of the
<br />jState of Nebraska, pertaining to the descent of personal property, And both the said Richard
<br />Jand the said Floyd Freeman Booth have agreed by and between themselves to- divide the

<br />personal property of said deceased share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Helen Blair Booth died seized as the owner of Lot 6,in
<br />Block g, of the Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of -Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, and tha
<br />by virtue of the Laws of the State of Nebraska, pertaining to the descent of real estate, said
<br />real estate descended in absolute fee simple title to Richard P.Booth and Floyd Freeman Booth 11
<br />as tenants in common, the said Richard P.Booth having a one- fourth interest therein, and the
<br />said Floyd Freeman Booth having a three fourths interest therein.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of the said Helen Blair Booth,deceased, is not subjectlj
<br />to an inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal estate tax under
<br />the laws of the United States, and that nothing further remains in the hands of said Administrator
<br />belonging to said estate.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said
<br />Arthur C.Mayer, Administrator of the estate of Helen Blair Booth,Deceased,be and the same here
<br />-is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for his Final report, said estate is hereby set
<br />tled and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims agains
<br />the estate of the said Helen Blair Booth,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,ex-
<br />eluded and enjoined fromsetting up or asserting any such_claims_against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the laws
<br />Descent of the State of Nebraska, all the real estate of which the said Helen Blair Booth died'
<br />the owner, as hereinbefore set forth,passed and descended as hereinbefore found by the Court
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
