`'The court further finds that the said,Charles L.Rickard,deceased, departed this life at his
<br />place of residence in Hall County,Nebraska, on the 13th day of October,1930, and at the time of:
<br />his death he was an inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that on the 18th day of October,1930, George F.Rickard and Nellie R,
<br />Orndoff,filed in this court, their duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate;
<br />of an instrument purported to be the last will and testament of the said Charles L.Rickard,
<br />deceased; that the court thereupon fixed the 7th day of November,1930, as the date for making
<br />proof of said last will and testament, and due notice of the filing of said petition and of- the"
<br />time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the court in the manner provided by
<br />Flaw, and on the said date of November, 7,1930, said instrument was duly proven,allowed-and ad-
<br />mitted to probate in this court,as and for, the last will and testament of the said Charles L.
<br />;;Rickard,deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to George F.Rickard and
<br />;Nellie R.Orndoff, as named in the said last will and testament, and they thereupon duly qualified
<br />!as such.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and:
<br />;place fixed for'filing claims against said estate and that all claims filed have been paid and
<br />satisfied by said executors, and that the time fixed for filing of claims has fully expired
<br />and that all persons having claims against said estate,and not filed herein, if any such there
<br />be; are - forever barred, ktnd precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />The court further finds that the said Charles L.Ri.ckard,deceased,was seized as the owner in fee
<br />simple of the following described real estate,to -wit:
