<br />Now, on this 20" day of March, 1931; this cause carne on for a hearing upon the final report ofl'
<br />the executors of the last will and testament of Charles L.Rickard,deceased, George F.Rickard
<br />and Nellie R.Orndoff, and upon their petition for settlement of said estate and their discharg
<br />herein, and the court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate,
<br />and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said final
<br />report as heretofore ordered by the court, and no one appearing to object thereto, and the
<br />court having examined the same, together with all vouchers and papers on file, and the testimo
<br />in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that said report is true a
<br />correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />executors.
