<br />I give and bequeath to my grandchildren, the children of my deceased son, Fred Jungbluth, the

<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real
<br />,land personal, of any and all natures whatsoever and wheresoever situated, of which T may die
<br />'possessed, to my beloved children, Louis Jungbluth, Otto Jungbluth, Matilda Schuster, halter
<br />:,Jungbluth and Clara Jungbluth, to be theirs absolutely, share and share alike.

<br />In the event that any of gay above mentioned children shall precede me in death, leaving issue,
<br />I direct that the child or children of such deceased child shall be paid from the share herein;!
<br />"provided for such deceased child, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and any remainder
<br />of such deceased child's share shall become a part of the residue to be divided among my chil -`
<br />dren living at my death, as provided in the fourth paragraph hereof.

<br />I name, nominate and appoint my son, Otto Jungbluth, as executor of this, my last will and
