<br />James Paul Moore,Deceased. FINAL DECREE. '

<br />Now, on this 3rd day of February, 1931, this cause having been heretofore continued to this
<br />date from the 30th day of January, 1931, by order of the court and agreement of parties, this
<br />cause came on before the court for final hearing upon the motion of the Executrix; the court
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all interested parties in the manner pro -
<br />vided by law, and that this matter is now properly before the court for final hearing.
<br />The court finds that James Paul Moore departed this life on the 25th day of August, 1930, a
<br />resident of Buffalo County, Nebraska] leaving a last will, which has been regularly admitted
<br />to probate in this court; that after due notice as provided by law Ruby E.Carlson, named in
<br />said last will as Ruby Edith Moore Carlson, was regularly appointed as Executrix of said last !
<br />will, and that she qualified and entered upon her duties as such.
<br />The court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all creditors of said estate, as
<br />provided by law; that all claims filed have been paid in full, including the funeral bills
<br />and the costs and expenses of administration, and that an order has been entered herein barring
<br />all claims not filed;'that an order has been entered herein assessing inheritance taxes due to
<br />the State of Nebraska, and that receipts for the payment of the same have been filed herein by
<br />the Executrix; that there are no other inheritance taxes due to the State of Nebraska, and no
<br />estate taxes due under the Acts of Congress.
<br />The court further finds that the Executrix has filed her final report herein, and that the
<br />same is true and correct; that the balance on hand, as shown by the final report, should be
<br />distributed in accordance with the terms of the last will of said deceased.
<br />The court finds that the said James Paul Moore left no widow and that he left as his sole and(
<br />"?. only heirs at law, and the only persons entitled to share in his estate, the following named
<br />i
<br />persons: Alice C.Moore Easter, a daughter; Henry Lee Moore, a son; Ruby Edith Moore Carlson,
<br />i
<br />a daughter; and Nelson A.Easter and Clarence Moore Easter, grandsons, and Nettie Easter Field
<br />a grand - daughter, the said grandsons and grand - daughter being the children of Alice C.Moore
<br />i
<br />Easter named above; that all of said parties are of full legal age; that no other person or
<br />I
<br />persons are entitled to share in said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died possessed of the personal property as listed
<br />in the inventory filed herein; that he also died seized and possessed of the title in fee to
<br />the following described real estate;
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Thirteen (13), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NJMFU ) of Section Seven (7) Township Nine (9) North,,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SjNWj) of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North
<br />Range Twelve- (12),Weet of the sixth Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />I� Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block-Ten (10),Park View Addition to the Village of Shelton,
