<br />11FIRST: I order and direct that my executrix hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funera'

<br />jSECOND: After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />`my daughter, Alice C.Moore (Easter) the Southeast Quarter (SE�) of Section Twenty -four (24),
<br />Township Nine (9) Range Thirteen (13) in Buffalo County, Nebraska, and all there is on it be-
<br />longing to me at the time of my death, to have and to hold the same during her lifetime, and
<br />after the death of the said Alice C.Moore,(Easter), I devise the said land to her children, shore
<br />and share alike.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Henry Lee Moore, single, the North half of the Northwes
<br />Quarter (NJNWW) of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9),Range Twelve (12) Hall County, Nebrask ,
<br />and all there is on it at the time of my death, to have and to hold the same during his life-
<br />time, and after the death of the said Henry Lee Moore, I devise the said land to his legal hei s
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Ruby Edith Moore, (Carlson) married, the South hal
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (SJNWJ) of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9),Range Twelve (12), Ha 3l
<br />County, Nebraska; also Lots One (1),and Two (2), in Block Ten (10), in Parkview Addition to th
<br />Village of Shelton, Nebraska, and all there there is on these properties belonging to me at
<br />the time of my death, to have and to hold forever.
<br />All other property belonging to me as well as any future inheritance5,is to be sold and after
<br />all my debts, have been paid, the proceeds are to be divided among my children, share and share
<br />alike. .
<br />LASTLY. I make, constitute and appoint my daughter, Ruby Edith Moore, (Carlson) to be executrl
<br />lof this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
