<br />19291 said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and 
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Saburo Shindo, 
<br />1deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE 
<br />Now, on this 20th day of January, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final reports 
<br />of R.R.Horth, Executor of the last will and testament of Saburo Shindo, deceased, and upon hi 
<br />petition for the settlement of said estate, the allowance and approval of said reports, and hi 
<br />discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully 
<br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the 
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing upon said reports and petition, and the Court having examin 
<br />said reports, together with the vouchers on file, and Kenneth Shindo, Yolanda Shindo, and 
<br />Rodney Shindo, minors, being represented in person by the guardian of their persons, a`vadna 
<br />Miyeno, and by C.M. Skiles, and no one objecting to said reports, the Court finds that said 
<br />reports are true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed 
<br />as and for the final reports of said Executor, said estate settled and closed and said Executc 
<br />discharged. 
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time ar 
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that the time so fixed 
<br />has fully expired; that all claims filed against said estate have been paid in full, and that 
<br />all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there bE,, are forever barred ;enjoine 
<br />and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. 
<br />The Court further finds that said Executor has paid all debts of said estate, the funeral 
<br />expenses of said deceased, the expense of this proceeding, and has remaining in his.hands be-

<br />longing to said estate the sum of $626.34; that there is an unpaid inheritance tax against sa d 
<br />estate amounting to the sum of $56.95, a claim of the American Securities Company for fire an 
<br />e 
<br />wind insurance recently written on the property of said estate, which said inheritance tax anli 
<br />claim of the American Securities Company said Executor is directed to pay out of the funds 
<br />remaining in his hands, and of the balance remaining in his hands said Executor is directed 
<br />to pay to Evadna Miyeno, guardian of the persons of,Kenneth Shindo, Yolanda Shindo, and Rodne 
<br />Shindo, the sum of $350.00 for the support of said minors, and the balance, amounting to 
<br />$39.64,to pay to The First National Bank of Grand Island,guardian of the estate of said minor 
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to a Federal estate tax under the law 
<br />of the United States. 
<br />The Court further finds that said Saburo Shindo died seized of the following described real
