<br />Executor of said estate, and subject to the life estate of Sophie Pehrs, widow of said decea
<br />ed; that said charge of $7000.00 has been duly paid, and said Sophie Pehrs is now dead, and
<br />said .August Pehrs now takes said real estate, freed from said charge of $7000.00 and freed
<br />from the life estate of the said Sophie Pehrs, and that under the terms and provisions of the
<br />last will and testament of said deceased the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
<br />Section 15, and the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 22, all in township 10 Nortt
<br />of Range 10 West, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed, by absolute title, to Dora Schwieger, a
<br />daughter of said deceased, subject, however, to the charge of the payment of $4000.00 to the
<br />Executor of said estate and to the life estate devised to Sophie Pehrs; that said $4000.00
<br />has been duly paid and said Sophie Pehrs is now dead, and said Dora Schwieger now takes said
<br />real estate, freed from said charge of $4000.00 and freed from the life estate of said Sophie j
<br />Pehrs; and distribution of all of said real estate is hereby accordingly made.
