<br />son, August Pehrs, and Four Thousand Dollars thereof is hereby made a lien upon th and given
<br />to my said daughter, Dora Schwieger, in the Third Clause of this Will, said liens being pro
<br />rata in favor of the several legatees named in this Clause of my Will, seven - elevenths thereof
<br />to be paid by my said son, August Pehrs, and four - elevenths by my said daughter, Dora Schwiegt
<br />and upon the payment, pro rata, to said legatees of their above specified proportionate part
<br />of said Eleven Thousand Dollars, bequeathed in this Clauseof my dill, their said land shall
<br />be released and discharged from the lien herein created, and this shall not be construed to
<br />be a joint lien upon said lands, but a separate lien on the different tracts devised to my
<br />said son, August Pehrs, and my said daughter, Dora Schwieger, which can be separately dischar8
<br />ed by the payment of the amount due from each, as herein specified.

<br />Fifth; All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate, remaining after the death of my
<br />said wife, including my personal property not at such time consumed for her support, I give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my son, August Pehrs.
<br />Sixth: I name, nominate and appoint my said son, August Pehrs, executor of this, my last Will
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
