I <br />and that said real estate should_ be assigned, by order of this Court to those entitled thereto] <br />under the terms and conditions of the last Will and Testament of said deceased, a copy of whic� <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />9. The court further finds that the final account of the ad.ministrator,c.t.a., filed herein <br />is correct and true in every respect and ought to be allowed and approved and said administrator <br />discharged from his further duties and responsibilities in office.
