<br />'On this 22nd day of January, 1931, at 10 o'clock A.M., the time heretofore set for the same, 
<br />this matter comes on for hearing upon the final ieport of the administrator with the will annex4d, 
<br />land for final settlement, determination of heirship and discharge of the administrator. And 
<br />the whole matter coming on before the Court for final determination, the Court being fully ad-'` 
<br />wised and informed in the premises, finds: 
<br />1. That due and legal notice of the time and place for this hearing has been given to all per- 
<br />sons interested, by publication as provided by law. 
<br />'2. That Emma Walter departed this life, testate, at Santa Ana, Orange County, California, on 
<br />'the 29th day of January, 1930, being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of satq 
<br />Orange County, California. That said Emma Walter left a last Will and Testament, which was 
<br />.,duly admitted to probate in the Superior Court of Orange County, California, on April 18, 1930f` 
<br />I 
<br />and that a copy of said last Will and Testament and of the probate thereof, duly authenticated; 
<br />was filed in this court, on June 5th,1930, and on the same date a petition praying for the 
<br />probate of said Will in this court. 
<br />3. That on the 1st day of July, 1930, after notice of hearing thereon had been duly given by 
<br />publication according to law, said Will was duly admitted to probate in this Court, and an 
<br />I 
<br />order entered appointing Albert Forney of Hastings, Nebraska, as administrator, c.t.a., upon I 
<br />k 
<br />his taking the oath required by law and filing bond in the penal sum of X500.00 to be approved 
<br />by the Court. 
<br />4. That on the 1st day of July, 1930, said Albert Forney duly qualified as administrator,c.t.�. 
<br />by filing his said oath and bond whereupon letters of administration were issued to him on 
<br />i 
<br />July 1, 1930, and ever since said date he has been the duly appointed, qualified and acting 
<br />administrator,c.t.a., of said estate. 
<br />5. That-on the 1st day of July, 1930, and order was entered fixing the 29th day of October, , 
<br />1930, at 9 o'clock A.M., at the County Court room in Grand Island,Nebraska, as the time and

<br />place for hearing on claims against said estate and that all claims must be filed in said 
<br />court on or before said date or be forever barred. That notice thereof was duly given to all f 
<br />creditors of said estate by publication according to law. 
<br />6. That the time limited for filing claims has long since expired and there were no claims 
<br />filed and all claims should be forever barred; that all costs of administration and expenses 
<br />for the probate of said estate in this court have been fully paid as per receipts on file 
<br />herein. 
<br />7. That said Emma Walter left surviving her as her next of kin and the sole and only bene- 
<br />ficiaries under her will, the following named persons, to -wit:
