<br />County of Orange. ) on the 18th day of April, A.D. 1930, the annexed instrument was
<br />admitted to Probate as the last Will and Testament of Emma Walter also known as Mrs. T.P.Walte ,
<br />deceased, and f rom the proofs taken and the e xaminat ions had therein, the said Court finds as
<br />f ollows ;
<br />That said Emma Walter, also known as Mrs. T.P.Walter died on or about the 29th day of January,
<br />A.D. 1930, in the County of Orange State of California; that at the time of her death she was
<br />a resident of the County of Orange, State of California; that the said annexed Will was duly
<br />executed by the said decedent, in her life -time, in the County of Yellowstone,State of Montanan
<br />and signed by the said testatrix in the presence of Mrs. Thresa Kircheis and Jacob A.Bernhard
<br />the subscribing witnesses thereto; also that she acknowledged the execution of the same in
<br />their presence, and declared the same to be her last Will and Testament, and the said witness
<br />attested the same at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other; that the
<br />said decedent, at the time of executing said will, was of the age of eighteen years and upwa
<br />was of sound and disposing mind, and not under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence, nor
<br />in any respect incompetent to devise and bequeath her estate.
