2671, <br />CATE OF PROBATE OF W <br />ii <br />I�State of Nebraska ) <br />)ss. <br />Hall County, j <br />NJ., 5 HALL � �UN'l�Y <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Or <br />Island, in said County, on the 10th day of June, A.D.,1930. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk,County <br />Judge. <br />IIn the Matter of the Estate <br />William J.Porter, deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on <br />the 14th day of May, 1930, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of <br />William J.Porter,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of June <br />1930, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and <br />lallowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William J.Port <br />`;deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />SIN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />ii <br />i10th day of June, 1930. <br />Paul N. Porter, Executrix, heretofore filed herein on the 2nd day of January, 1931, pr <br />ing among other things for final settlement of her account filed herein* and for adjudication <br />Hof heirship, distribution of the residue of said estate, and for discharge from her said trust <br />ias such Executrix, and was submitted to the court on the record and evidence. <br />On consideration whereof the court finds: <br />1. That notice of probate of will, notice to creditors and notice of this hearing have been <br />given to all persons interested in said estate by publication as provided by law and the orders <br />of this court, and that proof of publication of each of said notices is on file herein. <br />2. That said account is true and complete and should be approved and allowed as the final <br />account of said Executrix, and that each and all the allegations in said petition are true.' <br />3. That said Executrix has in her hands for distribution the sum of $314.30 in cash; also the <br />personal property set forth in the inventory herein and not reported as disposed of. <br />4. That the expenses of the last sickness, funeral expenses of said William J.Porter,Deceased, <br />, <br />all claims and allowances against his estate, and costs of administration, have been fully pai <br />5. That said William J.Porter died seised in fee of the following described real estate: An <br />undivided one -half interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Thirty -Four (34) Ir <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of 6th P.M. and the whole interest in and <br />to the North Half (N�) of the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Three (3) in Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th F.M.,all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />6. That said William J.Porter in his last will and testament duly probated and allowed her6in <br />bequeathed and devised the whole of his real and personal property of every kind and nature of <br />which he died seised or possessed to his widow, Claudia Z.Porter, and that she -is entitled to <br />receive the whole thereof absolutely and in fee simple. <br />
