<br />I, William Judson Porter, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, b eing of sound mind, memory and
<br />understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof,
<br />and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs) and thereby be the better prepared to leave
<br />this world when it shall please the Almighty to call me hence) do therefore make and publish
<br />this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore
<br />made, in manner and form following) that is to Say:
<br />FIRST, and principally, I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God, and my body to the
<br />earth, to be decently buried at the discretion of my executrix hereinafter named; and my Will1i
<br />is, that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executrix hereinafter
<br />1i named as soon after my decease as shall be convenient;
<br />SECOND, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Claudia Zoe Porter, all of my propert
<br />real or personal, wherever found or located. To have and to hold with no restrictions of any,J
