<br />that for these purposes a time and place be assigned for hearing said petition, and examining
<br />and settling said account, and that such notice be given thereof as the law directs.
<br />That, on the 4th _day of December 1901, an order of this Court was made assigning the 23rd day
<br />of December, 1901, at 9 o'clock A.M., at the County Court Room of Douglas County, Nebraska,
<br />as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and settling said account, and
<br />requiring that notice of said hearing be given to all persons interested by publi5�ini , a notice
<br />thereof in the Examiner, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said county, for
<br />three successive weeks prior to the said day of hearing.
<br />That, notice of the hearing has been duly given as required by the order of this Court.
<br />That the final administration account is in all respects true and correct.
<br />;That due notice to creditors has been given.
<br />That all claims allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; and That said
<br />estate is fully solvent.
<br />That by the terms of the last will and testament of said James J.Brown, deceased Missouri K.
<br />Brown, the widow of said deceased was bequeathed and devised all carriages, horses, cows,
<br />implements, household furniture, tables and silver ware in Douglas County, Nebraska.
<br />Also all the stock in the South Omaha National Bank, that he owned at the time of his death;
<br />10 shares of the Omaha Loan & Trust Co's stock; also all that part of lot 13, in section 10,
<br />town.15, range 13, lying and being west of the Belt Line on the Missouri Pacific Railway, in
<br />'the city of Omaha. Also lots 2,4 and 6 in Block 22, in the Village of Florence, in Douglas
<br />county, Nebraska. That Clara M. Wyman the daughter of said deceased was bequeathed and devised
<br />the east -half of lot 4, in block 115, in the City of Omaha, subject to a mortgage thereon,
<br />Which the said Clara M. Wyman assumes and agrees to pay.

<br />Also Randal K. Brown, son of the deceased, was devised and bequeathed the undivided half of

<br />subject to a mortgage thereon, which the said Randal K. Brown assumes and agrees to pay.
<br />Also 150 shares of the Omaha & Council Bluffs Street Ry. Stock Charles H. Brown son of said deceiiased
<br />,was devised and bequeathed, the west half of lot 4, in block 118, subject to a mortgage therecfn,
<br />which said Charles H. Brown assumes and agrees to pay.
