<br />this life on the 13th day of January,1901, and in her capacity as heir at law of said Peter 
<br />!XcCarn, deceased, she became the owner of an undivided one -ninth of the west half of the south 
<br />Feast quarter of Section 14, in Township 10, North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County 
<br />Nebraska, and under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska, in force at the time of the 
<br />'death of the said Belle McCarn, said real estate of which the said Belle McCarn died the owner 
<br />;passed, by absolute title, to Catherin McCarn, the mother of said Belle McCarn,deceased, the 
<br />said Belle MoCarn never having married and never having had any children, and her father Navin 
<br />;;preceded her in death. 
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said 
<br />O.M.Carlson, as Administrator of the estate of the said Belle McCarn,deceased, be, and the Sam 
<br />hereby is, in all things, allowed and approved as and for his final report, said estate is here 
<br />by settled and closed and said Administrator discharged. 
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the intestate laws of the 
<br />state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Beale McCarn, the real estate 
<br />hereinbefore described, passed, by absolute title, to Catherin McCarn, mother of said deceaseda 
<br />and sole heir at law of said deceased, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons having claims against the estate 
<br />of said deceased, if any such there be, and not filed within the time limited by the Court, 
<br />are forever barred, enjoined,and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against' 
<br />said estate.

<br />Now, on this 23 day of December,1901, this cause coming on to be heard on the petition of the 
<br />executors for a final settlement of the estate of James J:Brown, deceased, on the final admin- 
<br />istration account of the executors of said estate, and the evidence was submitted to the Court, 
<br />on consideration whereof the Court finds: That, on the 4th day of December,1901, Randall K. 
<br />Brown, Henry F. Wyman and Missouri K. Broom, executors and executrix of the estate of James J. 
<br />Brown, deceased deceased, filed in this Court their final administration account as such execut 
<br />;ors, and a petition praying that the said account be settled and allowed, that said estate be 
<br />distributed as required by law, that they be discharged from their trust as such executors,
