<br />Hazel Wiese, Martha Williams, nee Munroe, and Fannie Fry, children of Harriet. Elisabeth Munroe
<br />his deceased daughter, and grandchildren'of the said Bethuel Knox,deceased.
<br />The court finds further that the said-Bethuel Knox left a Last Will and Testament which inst
<br />,ment was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate in this court on the 5th day of February,
<br />,1929, following due notice to all persons interested as required by law, and by order of court,
<br />jby publication of such notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />legal newspaper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, and said last will and
<br />testament was recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Bethuel Knox was at the time of his death the owner in fee of th
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The Test Half of the Southeast Quarter (W�Sl ) of Section Twenty -one (21), in Township Ten (10�
<br />in Range Ten (10)
<br />The North 'Nest Quarter (NW +) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10) in Range Ten (10):
<br />The Southeast Quarter (S*) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Ten (10), in Range Ten (10):
<br />The South -west Quarter of the North -east Quarter (SWj of NEJ) of Section Sixteen (16), in
<br />ship Ten (10), in Range Ten (10);
<br />Lot Eight (9) in Block Eleven (11) in Clarkson's First Addition to the Village of Alda.
<br />It is the finding of the court that all of the above mentioned and described real estate did
<br />pass and descend at the death of the said Bethuel Knox to his children and Grandchildren under
<br />the terms and provisions of his last will and testament, in the manner following:
<br />To Charles Thomas Knox, Everett Ellsworth Knox, Wesley Knox, Ellis Lee Knox, Tilden Knox, Fran
<br />P.Knox, Forest G. Knox, Viola Knox and Ora Julia Ladd, and undivided one -tenth part each, and
<br />to William Munroe, Eliza Munroe, John Munroe, Frank Munroe, Zella W'isddm,Hs.zel Wiese,Martha
<br />Williams and Fannie Fry, his grandchildren, an undivided one - eightieth part each.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the court that the report of said executor be and the same is
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is further CONSIDERED by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setts
<br />up and claims or demands against the estate of Bethuel Knox, deceased, and that said estate is
<br />closed.
<br />It is CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the right, title and interest of the said
<br />Bethuel Knox, deceased, in and to the West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -one
<br />in Township Ten, Range Ten; in and to the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -one, in Townshi;
<br />Ten, Range Ten; in and to the Southeast Quarter of Section Sixteen in Township Ten,Range Ten;
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Sixteen, in Township Ten, in Range
<br />Ten, and Lot Eight, in Block Eleven, in Clarkson's First Addition to the Village of Alda, all
<br />located in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at his death, under and by virtue of
<br />the provisions of his last will and testament in the manner following:
<br />To Charles Thomas Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Everett Ellsworth Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Wesley Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Ellis Lee Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Tilden Knox, an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Frank P.Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Forest G.Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Viola Knox an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />To Ora Julia Ladd an undivided 1 /10th part thereof;
<br />and To William Munroe an undivided 1 /9 0th part thereof;
<br />To Eliza Munroe an undivided 1 /90th part thereof;
<br />To John Munroe an undivided 1 /90th part thereof;
<br />To Frank Munroe an undivided 1 /90th part thereof;
<br />To Zella Wisdom an undivided 1 /90th part thereof;
<br />To Hazel 'Wiese an undivided 1 /90th part thereof;
<br />To Martha Williams an undivided 1 /90th part thereof;.and
<br />To Fannie Fry an undivided 1 /90th part thereof, and the Court accordingly awards all of said
<br />real estate to the above named devisees.
