<br />will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

<br />CODICIL TO THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF BETHUEL
<br />KNOX OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />I, Bethuel Knox, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and not under
<br />restraint, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a codicil to my last will and testa -
<br />meat, executed, published and declared by me on the 8th day of June, 1903-
<br />FIRST:
<br />I hereby ratify and confirm all of the provisions of said last will and testament so far as th
<br />relate to the distribution of my estate except as to the provision for my wife, Martha Ann
<br />who died since the execution of said last will and testament.
<br />SECOND:
<br />I nominate and appoint John Thomssen, of Alda, Nebraska, to be the executor of my last will
<br />testament in lieu of W.H.Thompson named in said will.
