<br />land that said real estate passed and descended to the said Adelheit Hilmer, widow, Albert Hi me
<br />and Harry O.Hilmer in equal shares according to the Laws of descent of the State of Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds the said administrator, Albert Hilmer, has filed a finalieport showing
<br />personal property on hand for distribution in the total amount of $13,025.79; that according to
<br />the -law of Descent of the State of Nebraska the said personal property passed and descended to
<br />Adelheit Hilmer,widow, Albert Hilmer and Harry O.Hilmer, in equal shares.
<br />The court further finds that distribution of assets of said estate has been made and that
<br />receipts for the distributive shares of respective heirs are on file with this Court and that
<br />nothing remains in the hands of the administrator; that said final report is true and correct
<br />and should be approved and allowed in all respects, the estate closed, the administrator dis-
<br />charged and his bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims, funeral expenses, costs of this proceeding and all
<br />other costs and expenses have been paid and there is no inheritance tax due the State of Ne-
<br />braska from any of the heirs.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COUNT that the final report of the said
<br />Albert Hilmer, administrator of the Estate of Wilhelm Hilmer, deceased, be and the same is
<br />hereby approved and allowed as a final report; that said estate is hereby settled and closed,
<br />the administrator discharged and his bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate

<br />have been paid; that distribution of the personal property has been made and vouchers for the
<br />same are on file with this Court; that said personal property passed and descended to Adelhei�
<br />Hilmer, widow, Albert Hilmer and Harry C.Hilmer,share and share alike, according to the law of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the following real estate , to -wit

<br />no money in the hands of the administrator and nothing remains to be done herein and said
<br />estate is hereby closed, the administrator discharged and his bond released.
