<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. 
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE 
<br />FINAL DECREE. 
<br />OF WILHELM HILMER, DECEASED 
<br />,On this 6" day of January 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Albert 
<br />Hilmer, administrator of the estate of Wilhelm Hilmer, deceased, and upon his petition for 
<br />`settlement of said estate and his discharge therein. And the Court being duly advised in the 
<br />premises and have examined the records and files finds that due and legal notice has been give 
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said 
<br />estate as heretofore ordered by the Court. 
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined same together with 
<br />vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the 
<br />premises, finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to 
<br />be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the administrator. 
<br />The Court further finds the said Wilhelm Hilmer departed this life on the 11th day of rebruary 
<br />1930 and at the time of his death the said Wilhelm Hilmer was a resident and inhabitant of Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska. 
<br />The Court further finds on the 3rd day of March 1930 the said Adelheit Hilmer,widow, filed in 
<br />this Court her duly verified petition praying that Letters of Administration be granted to 
<br />Albert Hilmer in the estate of Wilhelm Hilmer,deceased; that the court thereupon fixed the 25tU 
<br />day of March, 1930 as the date for hearing upon said petition and that due notice,of filing of 
<br />said petition and the time and placed fixed for hearing.. thereon was given by - *the ,'Court in the 
<br />:mariner provided by law, and on the 25th -day of March' 1938 hearing was had and letters of Admin 
<br />Istration issued'to Albert Hilmer, and he duly qualified as such administrator. 
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all person of the time ano 
<br />placed fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said estate, and the time and1 
<br />place so fixed by the court has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said 
<br />estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any.; 
<br />such claim against said estate. 
<br />The Court further finds the said Wilhelm Hilmer, deceased, left surviving him his widow, 
<br />Adelheit Hilmer and two sons, Albert Hilmer and Harry C.Hilmer, all of legal age. 
<br />The Court further finds the said Wilhelm Hilmer died seized in fee simple of the following 
<br />described real estate: 
<br />Starting at a point 66 ft North of the Northwest corner of Block Number Three (3) Howard City,.! 
<br />Howard County, Nebr• said commencing point to be in a straight line with the West line of said' 
<br />Block 3,thence North in a straight line with the West line of said Block 3 to the South line 
<br />of Oscar Johnson land in Sec 20 twp 13, Range 12, Howard County, Nebraska, thence due East 
<br />One Hundred forty -eight (149) feet along the south line of Oscar Johnson land, thence in a 
<br />southerly direction to be in a straight line with the west line of the East Half of said Block; 
<br />3 to a point sixty -six feet north of the Northwest corner of the East Half of said Block 32 
<br />thence west along the north line of the Ninth Street of Howard City, Howard County, Nebraska,' 
<br />ii 
<br />One Hundred forty -eight (148) feet to the place of beginning. 
<br />The above described land located in Sec. 20 & 29 Township 13, Range 12 Howard County, Nebraska. 
<br />! Lot 5 in Block A, Boehm's Subdivision of Lot 16 of the County Subdivision of the S2 of SEJ' 
<br />Section 16, Township 11, Range 9, also part of the NWJ of NEJ of Section 21,Township 11,Range
