That there were no funeral expenses but that said administrator has paid all court costs and other expense ,of the estate, and there are no funds left in the hands of the said administrator for distri- 'Ibution. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court.that the final report of James S. ,Churchwell, Administrator, be and the same is hereby allowed as and for his final report, and the said administrator is hereby discharged from his duties as such administrator and his bond released and the said estate is hereby settled and closed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all persons having claims !against the estate of the said Walter Churchwell,deceased, if any such there be, are forever ;;barred and excluded and enjoined from setting up or assetting any such claims against said eat IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the administrator having paid j�all claims against said estate and all court costs, there being no funds left in his hands fore e. distribution as provided by the inheritance laws of the State of Nebraska that said administrator is hereby discharged and his bond released.
