<br />provision- in this will for my daughter now living or for any other child or children which may
<br />hereafter be born as the fruit of the marriage with my said wife, for the reason that I have full
<br />confidence in the business ability of my said wife and know. that she will properly care for and,
<br />protect any children we may have living at the time of my death.

<br />I nominate and appoint my said wife, Lulu B.Langjahr,as executrix of this will, and request that
<br />she be not required to furnish-surety upon her official bond as such executrix, hereby granting,
<br />unto said executrix full right, power and authority to sell and convey real estate without license
<br />or authority from any court for that purpose.
