<br />provided by law of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate
<br />and that the time limited for filing claims against said estate has fully expired; that all
<br />claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever
<br />barred and excluded..
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the court that all persons are forever barred and precluded f
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same is closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Joseph T.Ross departed this life on the 14th day of September,
<br />19251 being at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that he left a last will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted II
<br />to probate in this court on the 17th day of October, 1925; and recorded in-this office.
<br />The court further finds that the said Joseph T.Ross die,4 seized in fee of the following des- i
<br />cribed real estate situate in the-County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:

<br />Lots Eight (g) Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block G in MacColl & Leflang's Second Addition to the
<br />I
<br />Village of Wood River) and that under and by virtue of the provisions of said Last _Will _ and
<br />Testament said real estate did pass and descend at the deth of said Joseph T.Ross to Catherine,
<br />Ross, his widow.
<br />It is, therefore, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the right,title and interest of
<br />Joseph T.Ross, in and to Lots Ten (10),Eight (6) and Nine (9) in Block "G ",in MacOoll & Lefla 's
<br />Addition to the Village of Wood River, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at his
<br />death, by virtue of his last will and testament, to Catherine Ross, his widow, and the court
<br />awards it to her.
