<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate described as follows: An
<br />'undivided one -half interest in Fractional Lot 9 in Fractional Block 4 in Bonnie Brae Addition
<br />'to the City of Grand Island and its complement Fractional Lot 9 in Fractional Block 20 in
<br />Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, all in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and des-
<br />cended under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska upon the death of the said Sophia
<br />!Guenther, deceased, to her sole and only heirs at law, to -wit: To William Guenther, also
<br />1known as Wilhelm Guenther, an undivided one -third interest, to Matilda Buckow, an undivided
<br />one -third interest and to Walter Freeland, Ruth Freeland and Lucy Patterson, each an undivided
<br />1 /9th interest, in fee simple.
