<br />this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Matilda Buckow, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Administratrix with the last will
<br />and testament of Wilhelm Guenther,deoeased, annexed, and upon her petition for a settlement
<br />of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, having examined said report and the
<br />t records and files in said estate, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and
<br />legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />f
<br />fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing
<br />to object to said final report the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers on fi
<br />and the testimony in support thereo4 and being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as
<br />for the final report of said Administratrix.
