<br />The Court further finds that each and every one of the foregoing bequests constituting liens
<br />,against said real estate have been paid and receipted for in full by the legatees, and their
<br />respective liens against said real estate arising from said bequeaths have been by them released.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the above mentionedll
<br />and described real estate did pass and descend, at the death of Fritz Wiese, under the provisions
<br />of his last will and testament, in the manner following,to -wit:
<br />To Arthur Wiese, his son, the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEuNE ) and the NorO-
<br />east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (1M}SEJ) of Section Twentysix (26), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To Bernhard Wiese, his son, the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWJSEk) and the,
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEJSWJ) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast.
<br />-Quarter (NE}SEJ) of Section Nineteen (19),Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />+6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To Herman Wiese, his son, the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NWJS*) of Section
<br />Twenty -five (25), Township Ten (10) North,Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.,and the South*
<br />west Quarter of -the Southwest Quarter (SWJSWJ) of Section Thirty -six (30 , Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Real Estate is accordingly awarded to said legatees.
