<br />said estate, by publication, and no objection or protest has been filed.
<br />On examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought
<br />be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said executor; that he has accounted
<br />for all of the property of said deceased coming into his hands or under his control; that he
<br />has paid all the legacies under the will and receipts therefor, duly executed by the legatees
<br />have been filed in this court; and that he has made distribution of the personal property in
