<br />THE LAST-WILL OF FRITZ WIESE.
<br />I, Fritz Wiese, make this my last will, hereby Zevoking all former wills by me made.
<br />.'I appoint my son Herman Wiese executor of this will and provide that he need give no bond.
<br />i;To my daughter Dora Rathmann I give Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00).
<br />To my daughter Maggie Wiese, I give Twenty -five Hundred Dollars, 02600.00.
<br />To m said son Herman, I give the sum of One Thousand Dollars; y him

<br />Trustee for the children of my deceased daughter Emma. He shall invest said money as to him
<br />seem best, and shall make a settlement with said children from to time when they skull have
<br />reached their majority respectively.
<br />Said legacies shall be due and payable one year after my decease, and shall draw interest at
<br />the rate of six (6) percent commencing one year after my death.
<br />Said legacies shall be and I do hereby make them a charge against all of my real estate, and
<br />they shall be paid by me sons Arthur,Bernhard and Herman, in equal parts..
<br />My said sons, Arthur,Bernhard and Herman shall contribute in equal parts toward the payment of
<br />the mortgage now resting upon my land in Section Nineteen (19), provided I do not pay said
<br />mortgage before my decease.
<br />As I have amply provided for my son Frank during his life time through money and notes paid an
<br />given for his benefit, I give him One Dollar ($1.00) and nothing more.
<br />To my son Arthur Wiese and to his heirs, I give and devise, subject to the legacies given my
<br />daughters and the Trustee for the children of my daughter Emma, as above stated, the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJM*), and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE*S*) of Section Twenty -six (26), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West 6th P.M.11
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, my homestead, subject to the charges made herein, and subject furthe
<br />to a charge of One Thousand Dollars ( #1000.00),which sum Arthur shall pay to my son Herman, an
<br />which legacy I make a charge against said.premises until the same has been paid.
<br />To my said son Bernhard Wiese and to his heirs forever I give and devise, subject to the legacies
<br />given my daughters and the Trustee for the children of my daughter Emma, as above stated, the
