Item 1. To my beloved and faithful wife Mary Cleveland Grabach I give and devise absolutely a <br />;forever the Home wherein we now reside situated on west side of Mechanic Street in said Villag <br />to include the ground whereon the dwelling house stands and the land for fifteen (15) feet nor <br />and south to the drain or ditch and from said Mechanic Street west to the west line of Out Lot <br />No. 19 whereof this is a part. <br />'I further give and bequeath to my said wife the rents and income from my brick block, corner o <br />Main and East Forest Streets in said Clyde for and during her natural life free and clear of <br />;taxes and cost of repairs provision for which is hereinafter made. <br />It -em 11. The balance of my real estate not including a farm of one hundred and sixty (160) acz <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, and my personal estate after the sale of the real estate fo3 <br />the best obtainable price be applied to pay and discharge all indebtedness and obligations <br />against me and the expenses of settling my estate and that the balance to be divided equally <br />jbetween my three children Harry Grabach, Effie Guile and Lynn Gemberling. <br />'Item 111. The farm of 160 acres in Nebraska above mentioned I will and direct be kept leased c <br />rented on the best obtainable terms and of the-proceeds there be paid the annual taxes assesse( <br />Viand levied on the same and my Brick Block above mentioned and to keep up the necessary repairs <br />on both of said properties and the residue of said rent and income be divided equally between <br />my said three children and my said wife - This to continue as long as my said wife shall live. <br />Item 1V. It is herein further provided that if the real and personal estate mentioned and <br />described in Item 11 Above shall be insufficient to discharge all my indebtedness and pay the <br />expenses of settling my estate as therein directed then a sufficient amount shall be taken fro <br />the rents and income from the said Nebraska farm to make up what may be lacking. <br />Item V1.
