I • This matter came on this day further to be heard, on the application of H.I.Grabach to admit probate and record the Will of Henry Grabach, deceased, heretofore filed in this Court therefor And it now being shown to the satisfaction of the Court that due notice of the filing of^ will and of the application to admit the same to probate and record in this Court has been given tw the widow and next of kin of said testator resident of Ohio: ':i Thereupon on the 3" day oy February came J.H.Rhodes and Ida R.Rhodes the subscribing witness4 to said will, who having been duly sworn testified as to the execution and attestation of said will, which testimony was reduced to writing, by said witnesses respectfully subscribed and filed with said will. Whereupon the Court finds that the aforesaid instrument of writing is the last will and testa - ment of Henry Grabach, deceased, that it was duly executed and attested, that the testator at the time of signing said will, was of lawful age, of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint.
