I • <br />This matter came on this day further to be heard, on the application of H.I.Grabach to admit <br />probate and record the Will of Henry Grabach, deceased, heretofore filed in this Court therefor <br />And it now being shown to the satisfaction of the Court that due notice of the filing of^ will <br />and of the application to admit the same to probate and record in this Court has been given tw <br />the widow and next of kin of said testator resident of Ohio: <br />':i <br />Thereupon on the 3" day oy February came J.H.Rhodes and Ida R.Rhodes the subscribing witness4 <br />to said will, who having been duly sworn testified as to the execution and attestation of said <br />will, which testimony was reduced to writing, by said witnesses respectfully subscribed and <br />filed with said will. <br />Whereupon the Court finds that the aforesaid instrument of writing is the last will and testa - <br />ment of Henry Grabach, deceased, that it was duly executed and attested, that the testator at <br />the time of signing said will, was of lawful age, of sound mind and memory and not under any <br />restraint. <br />It is therefore by the Court ordered, that the said will be admitted to probate, and that it, 'r <br />together with the said testimony of the above named, be entered of record in this Court. j <br />i <br />John Coonrod,Probate Judger. <br />In the name of the Benevolent Father of All: <br />I, Henry,Grabach of the Village of Clyde County of Sandusky and State of Ohio, do hereby make <br />publish and declare this my last will and testament as follows: <br />
