<br />Now on this 18th day of September, A.D.,1930, this cause came on for hearing upon the final �
<br />report of Margaretha Niemann, executrix of the last will and testament of Osear'R.Niemann,�
<br />deceased, and it appeared to the satisfaction of the court that due notice was given to all j
<br />persons interested as required by law, and by order of the Court.j
<br />ON CONSIDERATION of the report and the evidence submitted, the court finds that said executrix,
<br />has fully accounted for all the estate of said deceased, which came into her possession, and
<br />I
<br />that her report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed.

<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given to creditors as to the allowing and place appointed
<br />for filing claims against the estate of said deceased as by law required, that time so allowed!'
<br />for filing claims has fully expired, that all claims outstanding against said deceased, if any!;
<br />such exist, are therefore forever barred, and that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said Oscar R.Niemann departed this life on the 1st day of March,
<br />19301 that he was at the time of his death a resident of said Hall County, Nebraska, and that

<br />the left a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved and admitted to probate-
<br />in this court on the 3rd day of Apri1,A.D.,1930, and recorded in this office.
<br />'Said will is in words and figures as follows:
<br />"LAST WILL OF OSCAR R.NIEMANN.
<br />I, Oscar R.Niemann, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills.
<br />I appoint my wife executrix of this will and direct that she be not required to give bonds.
<br />i
<br />All my property, be the same real,personal or mixed of which I may die seized, possessed or
<br />'entitled to in praesenti or in futuro, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Margaretha
<br />'Niemann and to her assigns and heirs forever.
<br />!I shall receive or be entitled to an inheritance from my family in Europe and it is my wish an
<br />,,will that all of that inheritance, be the same small or great, shall go to my wife, the same a
<br />if said inheritance had already passed to me during my life time.
