<br />;Now, on this 21st day of October, 1930, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of 
<br />Katie Weidenthaler, Executrix of the last will and testament of John) J.Weidenthaler, deceased, 
<br />;:and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that notice as required by law has been given' 
<br />"to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settl 
<br />iment of said estate, by publication, and no objection or protest has been filed. 
<br />ion examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to 
<br />r 
<br />be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrix; that she accounted for 
<br />!all of the property of said deceased coming into her hands or under her control; that she has 
<br />paid all legacies under the will and has made distribution of the personal property in accordance 
<br />jjwith the terms of the will. J 
<br />e court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased 
<br />of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, and that the t 
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate 
<br />;',have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased and not so 
<br />ii 
<br />ifiled, if any such there be, are therefor forever barred and excluded. 
<br />IIt is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the Executrix be and 
<br />!the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report and account.

<br />lIt is further considered, ordered and decreed by the court that all persons having claims and 
<br />- 
<br />not having filed their claims herein, if any, are forever barred, excluded and precluded from 
<br />,filing or setting up and claims or demands against said estate and that the same is fully sett]

<br />The court further finds that the said John J.Weidenthaler departed this life on the twelfth day 
<br />of Apri1,1930; that he weds at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, 
<br />;Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament which instrument was filed for probate in 
<br />i 
<br />this court on the second day of May, 1930, and was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate 
<br />:i 
<br />111in this court on the twenty - eighth day of May, 1930. 
<br />Ii The court further finds that the said John J. Weidenthaler died the owner in fee simple absolut 
<br />iof the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, tc 
<br />�Jwit: Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seventy -nine (79) of Wheeler and Bennett's Third Additi 
<br />i, 
<br />Ito the City of Grand Island,Nebraska. 
<br />,The court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last Will and Testament of ti 
<br />said John J.Weidenthaler, the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at 
<br />the death of the testator to Katie Weidenthaler, his widow, in fee simple absolute, 
<br />I 
<br />IT I9, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the real estate of 
<br />Ithe said John J.Weidenthaler, deceased, described as Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seventy- 
<br />.. 
<br />(nine (79) of Wheeler and Bennett 's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island,Ha11 County, Ne- 
<br />I 
<br />braska,passed and descended under and by virtue of said last Will and Testament of said John J. 
<br />Weidenthaler, deceased, to Katie Weidenthaler, in fee simple absolute, and said real estate is 
<br />accordingly awarded to the said Katie Weidenthaler.
