<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that approval of the final report of said Ad-
<br />ministrator is withheld until such time as the said Charles F.Reed, one of the heirs,shall ha
<br />been located and payment of his distributive share made to him and a receipt supplied.
<br />The Court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the manner pro-
<br />vided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of the decea�
<br />that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired, that all claims filed and allowed
<br />'iagainst said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said de-
<br />ceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstandir�
<br />claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be,are forever barred and excluded. j

<br />The Court finds that during the administration of said estate certain personal property came
<br />into the possession of the administrator and certain cash was collected by said administrator;)
<br />that all of said personal property has been disposed of or accounted for and that after the
<br />payment of bills allowed against said estate consisting of funeral expenses, court costs and
<br />attorneys' fees, there was a balance left for distribution among the heirs at law in a sum
<br />sufficient to pay to the heirs -at -law as their distributive shares the following:

<br />That said Administrator has paid to each of the heirs and to the administrator of the Estate
<br />of Edward Everett;Reed, the distributive shares of the balance remaining after the payment of
<br />bills and expenses as above mentioned, and that there remains in his hands nothing for dis-
<br />tribution save as reserved for Charles F.Reed, as mentioned in report.of administrator.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the action of the administrator in so m
<br />ing distribution of the residue remaining in his hands after the payment of bills and expens
<br />be and hereby is approved.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws
<br />the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said John F.Reed departed this life at his home in Hall Count*,
<br />Nebraska, on the 24th day of March, 1929 and that he died intestate and that the said John F.
<br />Reed left surviving him as his sole and only heirs -at -law the following named persons: Daisy
<br />E.Heard, a sister, Reuben W.Reed, a brother, Paul M.Reed, a brother, Charles F.Reed, a brothe ,
<br />Edward Everett Reed, a brother and Edith Hickman, a niece, being a daughter of Elisabeth J.
<br />Davis, a deceased sister.
<br />The Court finds that the said John F.Reed died seized as the owner in fee simple of the follo
<br />ing described real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,to- wit: Lots 1 and 2 on Mainland
<br />in Section 14 and Lot l on Mainland in Section 11 all in Township 10, Range 9, Nest of the 6t
<br />P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska; that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska, the abc e
<br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of John F.Reed in the manner and form I�
