LIN COLNiNEH _,�,____ <br />and file their claims against said estate within the time limited for the same, are hereby fo7l <br />ever barred from recovering such demand, or from setting off the same in any action whatever, <br />and all claims against said estate not heretofore presented and filed within said time limited; <br />are hereby forever barred; that the said Hannah J.E.Carr died siezed of the following described <br />real estate,to -wit: Lot Four (4) in Block Ninety (90) of Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition <br />to Grand Island,Nebraska; that the said-Hannah J.E.Carr left surviving her as her next of kin <br />and only heirs at law her husband, George W.Carr, to whom a one -third interest in said real <br />estate descended, and her sons and daughters, Cora A.Carr Hiles Nelle G.Carr "Deffenbaugh, Ida <br />M.
