<br />This matter came on for hearing upon the final account and petition for discharge of the adti1114
<br />istrator herein and the evidence, and was submitted to the court. On consideration whereof the
<br />court finds from the
<br />proof on file that all persons interested. in said estate have _been duly
<br />notified of said hearing as required by law and the order of this court. The court further
<br />finds that said final account is true and correct and should be allowed; finds that notice to
<br />i
<br />creditors of the time limited for the presentation and filin4,01aims against said estate has l
<br />been issued and published as required by law and the order of this court and that said time
<br />limited for the presentation and filing of claims against said estate has expired.
<br />The court further finds that all claims filed within said time have been paid and receipts the
<br />fore are on file herein.
<br />The court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due in said estate.
<br />The court finds that the said Hannah J.E.Carr died on the 3rd day of December,19250 siezed of
<br />real estate as hereinafter set forth, and leaving heirs as herein after found.
<br />Wherefore, it is considered, adjudged and decreed that said final account is true and correot,,
