<br />Will and Testament of said Claus Hadenfeldt,Deceased, and Letters Testamentary were duly issued

<br />thereon to Herman Rohde,Executor, as named in said Last Will and Testament, and he thereupon
<br />duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time anq
<br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate and t hat all claims filed have been paid and''
<br />satisfied by said Executor, and that the time fixed for filing of claims has fully expired and.;
<br />that all persons having claims against said estate, and not filed herein, if any such there be}
<br />are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Claus Hadenfeldt died seized as the owner in fee simple of
<br />!i following described real estate: Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 in Block One (1) in the Third Additi
<br />to the Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, and

<br />of the Sixth P.M., in Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />and under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said C laus Haden -
<br />feldt, Deceased, said real estate described as Lots 1,2,3,435,6 and 7, in Block One (1) in the
<br />Third Addition to the Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend to Mary Haden
<br />f eldt, widow of said deceased, in absolute fee simple title; that said real estate, described !

<br />as the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Ten (10),Township Eleven (11) Range Thirteen (13)

<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Buffalo County, Nebraska, did pass and descend in fee simple title,

<br />share and share alike, to'Charles Hadenfeldt,William Hadenfeldt,John Hadenfeldt, Meta Johnson,,
<br />Amelia Klein, Walter Hadenfeldt, Ella Rohde, George Hadenfeldt; Victor Hadenfeldt and Louise
<br />Brettenf eldt,sons and daughters of said Claus Hadenfeldt,Deceased, subject,however, to the li
<br />estate in Mary Hadenfeldt,widow of Claus Hadenfeldt,Dedeased,and further subject to a charge
<br />$300.0O,wvhich by the terms of the said Last Will and Testament,was bequeathed to William Hader* -

<br />feldt in addition to his equal share in said real estate, said amount to be deducted from his
<br />brothers' and sisters' share in proportion to his or her interest in said real estate and paid

<br />to the said William Hadenfeldt upon the death of Mary Hadenfeldt.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to Inheritance Tax under the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska, or to any Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the debts and claims against said estate, including the
<br />funeral expenses and costs of this proceedings have been paid.
<br />IT:IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Herman
<br />Rohde, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Claus Hadenf eldt,Deceased, be, and the same
<br />is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report, and said estate is hereby settled
<br />and closed and said Executor discharged and his bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the ter
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Claus Hadenfeldt,Deceased, said real estate herei
