<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore ma
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funer
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath

<br />First, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Hadenfeldt, the house and lots in which I
<br />now live. Also I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all the income and rent of all the prope
<br />ty I have after taxes have been paid, so long as she shall live. j
<br />Second, none of my property to be sold or mortgaged so long as my wife shall live, all taxes l
<br />to be paid, and all buildings to be kept painted and in good repair.

<br />Third, That Will Hadenfeldt shall receive ($300) Three hundred dollars above his equal share Ii
<br />in my estate.
<br />Fourth, I give and bequeath at the death of my wife all the residue of my estate,except in th l
<br />provision above, to my children share and share alike, Charles ,William,John,Meta,Louise,Ameli ,
<br />Walter,Ella,George and Victor. In case any of my children should die during the life of my
<br />wife their share shall descent to their children.
