<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the verified petition of George E.Fleming and
<br />the evidence ad.auced, the court finds that, on the 18th day of June, 1930, George E.Fleming filed
<br />his verified petition with this Court for a decree to determine heirship concerning an undivided
<br />one- twelveth(1 /12) interest in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (W NWj) of Section`Thiriy-
<br />six (36),Township Twelve (12),North,R.ange Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />i
<br />Nebraska, and that immediately thereafter this court made an order for a hearing on said petit�on
<br />for the 10th day of July, 1930, at 10 o'clock A.M., and that notice of said order, time and i'
<br />place, be given in the Grand Island. Herald, a legal newspaper,'printed,published and of genera.
<br />Circulation in said county of Hall, and that such notice was published in said newspaper once i
<br />i
<br />each week for three consecutive weeks prior to this hearing.
<br />The Court further finds that Otto Lackenmacher departed this life on the 17th day of October,,
<br />1912,intestate, a resident of said Hall County, the owner of said real estate; that at that
<br />time he was of the age of twelve years, unmarried, and that no proceedings have been had for
<br />an other Cunty�
<br />the administration of the estate of said deceased, either in t1is dyilty;, t at there are no
<br />debts of the deceased; that the deceased left surviving him, as his heir at law and only hei
<br />at law, Dora Lackenma.cher,his mother, and that said Dora Lackenmacher conveyed all her int,&rest

<br />in said premises to one Herman Tagge, who in turn conveyed said premises to said George r
<br />Fleming, the petitioner herein, and who at the time of the commencement of this action was the
<br />owner and holder of all right,title and interest-of the said Dora Lackenmacher and the said .
