<br />the Southwest (SWJ), of Section Seven (7), in Township Twelve (12),North of Range Eleven (11),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., the homestead of deceased, and the East Half (*) of the Northwest Quart
<br />(NWJ), in Section Twenty -two (22), in Township Eleven (11),North of Range Twelve (12),West of
<br />the 6th P.M., all in said Hall County; that on January 23, 19292 the deceased was the owner in
<br />fee simple of and contracted to sell to Annie Rose Hogsett, the West Half, of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (WTSW `J) of Section Eleven (11), and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (WiNWi),of
<br />Section Fourteen (14),all in Township Five (5),North of Range Forty -one (41),West of the 6th
<br />P.M. , in Chase County, Nebraska, for the sum of $600.00,payable as follows: $100.00 on March
<br />!j1, 1929, $150.00 on March 1, 1930, and $350.00,6n March 1, 1931; that said land descended,sub-
<br />ject to said contract of the sale, to the heirs of the deceased, Minnie Stoltenberg, Margaret
<br />C.Powers and Alice Hollstein, and that the vendee thereof, Annie Rose Hogsett, or her assigns
<br />will be entitled to a deed therefor upon the completion of the payments pursuant to said con-
<br />tract; and that said real estate passed and descended under the Statute of Decent of Nebraska,
<br />in fee simple to Minnie Stoltenberg, Margaret C .Powers and Alice Hollstein as tenants in com-
<br />mon, each taking an undivided one -third interest therein subject to the life or homestead esta-'
<br />of Minnie Stoltenberg in the south Half of the Southwest Quarter (4 SWJ), of Section Seven (7

<br />Township Twelve (12)) North'of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., and subject to the con -
<br />i
<br />tract of purchase of said Chase County land above described.
<br />The court further finds that all of the personal property of the deceased has been paid out an4
<br />distributed among the heirs above named as provided by law; that the estate has been fully ad-
<br />ministered and the administratrox should be discharged of her trust and the sureties on her
<br />bond released, and that the estate should be closed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court, that the final account and repor
<br />of the administratrox, be and it is hereby approved and allowed; that all claims filed or allo
<br />against said estate have been fully paid, including all costs and expenses of administration a
<br />that all debts and claims against the deceased or his estate, which have not been filed, if an

<br />there be, are forever barred and precluded; that the succession to said estate is not subject �o

<br />any inheritance taxes under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or any estate taxes under the

<br />laws of the United States; that the deceased died intestate, a resident of said Hall County,
<br />seised in fee simple of the following described real estate,situated in Hall County,Nebraska,

<br />Twelve (12),North of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., and the East Half (EZ), of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWT;) of Section Twenty -two (22), in Township Eleven (11),North of Range
<br />Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., and the West Half of Southwest Quarter (W�SWJ), of Section
<br />Eleven (11), and West Half of Northwest Quarter (WjNWJ),of Section Fourteen (14),Township Fiv
<br />(5), North of Range Forty -one (41),West of the 6th P.M., in Chase County,Nebraska, and that t'
<br />deceased left as his sole and only heirs at law, his widow Minnie Stoltenberg and his two
<br />daughters Margaret C.Powers and Alice Hollstein, all over twenty -one years of age; that the
<br />real estate above described passed and descended in fee simple under the statute of descent o
<br />Nebraska, to Minnie Stoltenberg, Margaret C.Powers and JLlice Hollstein as tenants in common
<br />each taking an undivided one -third interest therein, subject to the life or homestead estate
