<br />IN COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. 
<br />In the matter of the Estate of 
<br />Charles Stoltenberg,deceased.�� 
<br />Now on this 26" day of August, 1930, this cause came on to be heard by the Court on the final 
<br />account and report of Minnie Stoltenberg, administratrix of said estate, 
<br />and it appearing from the evidence and proof on file in this court, that legal notice as by 
<br />law and the order of the Court required, has been given to all persons interested, of the time( 
<br />and place of examining and allowing said final account by publication for three successive 
<br />weeks in a legal newspaper,published within said Hall County, and there being no objections toa 
<br />s 
<br />said final account and report, the Court, on examination thereof, finds that the same is in ali 
<br />respects correct and should be allowed and approved. 
<br />The Court further finds,from the proofs on file }herein, that legal notice as by law and the 
<br />order of this court required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of 
<br />the time and place for filing same; that no claims have been filed against said estate, and that 
<br />all persons having unfiled claims against said estate, if any therebe, are forever barred and 
<br />precluded from making a claim thereon; and all such unfiled claims and debts,if any, are barred 
<br />and precluded; that all costs and expenses of administration of said estate have been fully 
<br />z; 
<br />paid; that said estate and the succession thereto are not subject to any inheritance taxes or 
<br />estate taxes under the laws of the United States or of the State of-Nebraska. 
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died intestate on the 22nd day of January, 1930, and; 
<br />was a resident of Hall County, State of Nebraska, at the time of his death, leaving as his heirs 
<br />E at law and only heirs at law, a widow, Minnie Stoltenberg and hisdaughters Margaret C.Powers 
<br />and Alice Hollstein. 
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died seised in fee simple of the South Half (Sz) of
